Hello there, a big warm welcome to the TrendMiner Community! 👋🏼

We are so excited to have you here and we can't wait to learn more about you!✨

So, take a moment to introduce yourself! Tell us a bit about who you are and what you do at your company.

We truly believe that when we get to know each other, our community grows stronger, and we all benefit from sharing insights and experiences.

To kick things off, here are a few example questions:

  1. What's your job title and where do you work?
  2. When you're not working, what's your go-to activity for enjoyment?
  3. What are you hoping to find or achieve in the TrendMiner Community?

Hello 👋

I'm Jef. Some of you might still now me from my times as a Data Analytics Engineer or Customer Success Manager, as I have been working in different roles at TrendMiner over the last 🔟 years. Today, I am working here as a Customer Success Operations Manager, overseeing systems, processes and data used by our Customer Success team, and mainly working on scalable systems 📈 to help our customers get more value from TrendMiner.

One of those systems is this Customer Community, so I really hope this Community will help you find answers to your questions ❓ and inspire 💡 you to do more with TrendMiner. If you have any feedback or ideas that would help make this a vibrant place, feel free to reach out ✉️!

Outside of work, most of my time goes to my almost 6-months-old son 🍼, who has shaken up my life in the best way possible. I also enjoy a game of squash 🏸 (by lack of a better emoji) and playing boardgames 🎲 with friends, if I ever get back into those routines 😄

Hi all,

My name is Thomas, I am currently a Customer Success Manager working together with our customers to maximize the value customers can get out of TrendMiner. With my chemical engineering background and experience as a Data Analytics Engineer, I am always eager to engage in conversations about use cases and value.

I hope that the community simplifies and improves the interaction between customers and between customers and the TrendMiner team, so that we all can learn from each other.

Hi everyone 😊

I am Pelinsu. Some of you may remember me from TrendLabs. If we haven’t met yet I hope we can meet at the next TrendLab Europe event on 25th September.

Apart from being in the event organizing team, I am working as a Customer Success Marketer. To ensure you get all the information you need to get the most out of our software, I develop, update, and maintain the digital customer and end-user journeys by creating collateral and at-scale customer communications, using a variety of communication channels (email, in-app, ...).

I also designed and gave structure to the community website with other team members, I hope you will like it and find assistance for your questions, learn from others' insights, share your experience and feedback, and meet fellows.

I am interested in a lot of hobbies. Therefore, I enjoy pursuing various activities(singing, dancing, painting, travelling, etc) in my free time. I like discovering new places, new cultures, new recipes, new people… I also usually don’t miss any big parties and festivals 💃 and am very active on social media.

Hello everyone👋,

I'm David, and I'm thrilled to be part of this community.

Currently, I work as a Customer Success Manager at TrendMiner. In this role I want to ensure customer success by providing proactive support and fostering strong relationships throughout the customer journey.

With my background in chemical engineering and my experience as a data analytics engineer, I am passionate about exploring different use cases to find out the value our platform can bring to our customers.

Outside of work, I like swimming🏊 and running🏃. Each year, I set myself the goal of participating in a half or full marathon, not just for the physical challenge, but also for the clear goal it provides to work towards. I'm also a keen reader, especially of historical novels📘.

I'm excited about the collaboration, insights, and learning opportunities this community will bring.

Hello, I’m Eduardo.

As a Customer Success Manager at TrendMiner, I enjoy helping our customers throughout their digital & analytics journey and finding value with our software. I’m very passionate about Machine Learning and learning how our community is leveraging these tools to solve very complex problems in manufacturing.

In my spare time, I’ve developed a healthy obsession 😅 with pickleball 🥒 🎾, and I’m now training for my first marathon 🏃 (Houston Marathon coming soon!)

Looking forward to having some fruitful conversation in this new space!

Hey everyone! 👋

I'm Louis, your go-to Data Analytics Engineer here at TrendMiner. My mission? Making sure each and every one of you becomes a TrendMiner whizz. You might remember me from our training sessions and release webinars, where I've been thrilled to share insights and tips with you all.

When I'm not knee-deep in data, you can bet I'm out there exploring the world, soaking up nature's beauty, surfing waves or climb mountains. 🏄🏻🌄

Here in the TrendMiner Community, I'm eager to not only share my expertise but also to learn from all of you. Let's swap stories, share knowledge, and inspire each other with our innovative use cases. Together, we'll unlock the full potential of TrendMiner and take our analytics game to new heights! 🚀

Hello,

I'm Usman. I'm the Customer Success Team Lead for the Americas, but many of you may know me from my early Data Analytics Engineering role and Customer Success Management role. About five years ago, I encountered industrial data analytics challenges that I could not solve and found myself at TrendMiner soon after! What continues to fuel me every day is the idea of solving problems and empowering others to do the most with their data. I work closely with our customers through the implementation of TrendMiner, the adoption of the tool, and producing business value.

Apart from work, my passions include carpentry & woodworking , and traveling. Some evenings and weekends can be taken up by turning a piece of lumber into a piece of art. When I need a break from work and carpentry, I enjoy traveling and exploring new places.

Hello everyone!
I'm Pablo Sanchez, a Data Analytics Engineer at TrendMiner. I love helping process experts like you tackle daily data analysis challenges and showing you how to get the most out of TrendMiner. For the past two years, I've been part of a team that's passionate about making your work life smoother and more efficient.

When I'm not at work, you can find me shopping for and cooking healthy meals, pushing my limits at CrossFit, or exploring the beautiful beaches and mountains of northern Spain.

I'm excited to connect with you and support you in reaching your goals with TrendMiner. Let's make great things happen together!

Dear TrendMiner Community,

I would like to take the opportunity to be the first non-TM employee to write here.

My name is Sebastian and I have managed the roll-out of TrendMiner in our production plants at LANXESS for over 5 years. During this time, we have introduced TrendMiner in over 100 production plants worldwide, accompanied countless trainings and hands-on sessions and built up a LANXESS' own coach community. Since the beginning of 2023, as Head of Digitalization Production & Assets, I have been responsible for our holistic strategy for the digitalization of production operations. I am therefore looking forward to exchanging ideas with you on various digitalization topics.

Apart from work, I spend my time with my 4 children (aged 2-8), so there isn't much time for other hobbies at the moment. Although I did start playing tennis again a few weeks ago.

Whats Up, TMers!

My name is Joe and I was introduced to TrendMiner 2 years ago when I was brought up to speed at the Huntsman plant in McIntosh, AL.  We are taking baby steps, but we have seen significant time savings in viewing real time data between TM and our PI historian.  We are currently building out dashboards for the site to make it easier for the engineers.  Eventually, we will want to push trending and troubleshooting to the Operators, however, this is most likely going to take years to change the culture.  I, too, am looking forward to exchanging ideas with you on various digitalization topics.

Again, similar to Sebastian, I, too, spend most of my time with my 5 children h(I beat you Seb); aged 2-12], so there isn't much time for other hobbies at the moment. Although I recently actually watched an entire non-animated movie in one sitting with them: SUCCESS!  Unfortunately, the movie was Mrs. Winterbourne.  Oh Well!

May all of our Dreams Come True (by utilizing technology to consistently improve via incremental change)!
