To close the year, here’s a message from our VP of Customer Success, Fréderick Motte, reflecting on 2025 and looking ahead to 2026.
Dear Customers,
As we close out 2025, I want to take a moment to say thank you. Your trust, your feedback, and your willingness to push the boundaries of what's possible with TrendMiner—that's what made this year meaningful for our team.
This year, we made real progress toward democratizing industrial AI and analytics. But what stands out to me isn't just the new capabilities we shipped – even though there were a lot (2025.R1, 2025.R2, 2025.R3) - it's watching how you've used them. The way you've combined our analytics platform with your deep process knowledge to solve problems that seemed impossible. Those are the moments that remind us why we do this work.
Earlier this year at TrendLab, I shared some thoughts on where we're heading and what we learned from listening to you. (You can read that post here.) Looking back now, it's incredible to see how many of those ideas have already come to life because of conversations we had with teams like yours.
Every feature we build, every optimization we make - it's all guided by one principle: your success is our success. We're not just building software; we're building capabilities that help your teams work smarter and achieve results together.
Looking ahead to 2026, we continue to be laser focused on making AI and advanced analytics even more intuitive while continuing to raise the bar and lead the industry in the domain of time series and event analyses. But here's the thing—we can't do that without you.
