In the older versions of TrendMiner one could sort the work items within the Work Organizer based on each column. Now one can perform this sorting only on the “name” and “last time used” columns. Why?
I especially sort by creator / owner and by type when I am searching for shared work items and by not having this flexibility it takes a lot of time and scrolling to find the desired work items.

We understand it’s frustrating that sorting by type and owner no longer works the way you’d like. Sorting by type wasn’t always reliable due to limitations with translations. To offer a smoother experience, this has been replaced with the “filter by type” option. Be sure to give it a try!
Sorting by owner isn’t supported because we keep user data separate from the data stored in TrendMiner. This approach helps ensure stronger GDPR compliance.

Indeed, we noticed that as well. The mouse changing from an “arrow” to a “hand” symbol when there isn’t an actual button while hovering over these columns is addressed in the next release (2024.R3.1).
