I perfomed several calculations and agregations in short time. Now no calculated tags is shown any more / being calculated. Processing idicator constantly running.
What can I do or who can help from our internal TrendMiner team. I am only data admin.
By the way, since when is the help chat not working any more?

I’ve created a support ticket, so our Technical Support team can loop in the right people from your internal team to look into this.
The live chat has indeed been deprecated since April 1st, as announced with the 2024.R3.1 release (https://userguide.trendminer.com/en/end-of-life-announcement.html). We are still at your service through this Community in case of functional or technical questions, and our Technical Support team remains available through support@trendminer.com in case of issues.
