Hello our PI tags have different names in the database & searching for them is not that conveniet. For example if a tagname: 1111/Pump1 would exist, I would like te alias it to a certain name & then be able to search for that name at any point. Is this option possible?

Hi Lode,
Building out an asset tree (https://userguide.trendminer.com/en/the-asset-tree.html) would probably be the best path forward to achieve this. You can then search for all elements in the three and (if you have no idea of the name) click through to the right level.
