The trends in dashboard do not get updated.

Hi,

If trends in a dashboard do not get updated here are some things you can check:

  • Verify if live mode is enabled.
  • Verify if the trends are updated when you open them in TrendHub directly. If they do not update in TrendHub either this implies TrendMiner is not receiving new data. If they are updated in TrendHub, please make sure you are on the latest TrendMiner version. We recently introduced some improvements in this area.
  • Verify if other tags from the same data source are updating. If that’s the case it could be a data issue with those specific tags.
  • Verify if other tags from other data sources are updating. Some data source types do not fetch live data from the data source in live mode but only rely on the indexed data in TrendMiner which can be a bit delayed depending on the settings and load on the system.
