I imported Tags into trendminer (first trial, I am a trendminer beginner).
I recognized, that the timestamps are not good and deleted all imported Tags.
Now I want to import the same Tags again (with optimized time data), but get the following message:
According to this message, the Tags already exist.
When clicking on “importierte Tags”
I get this:
Its contradictory to the message “Tags sind bereits vorhanden” What can I do to really delete the Tags and to import them again (with different time data)?
Thank you for your support

Hello @RingeFan,
Thank you for reaching out! The tags are not fully removed when deleted, but only soft-deleted. This means they still exist in the database and are therefore recognized as “already existing” when you try to re-import them.
To work around this, you need to import the tags with a different name, for example by adding a prefix or suffix. This should allow you to re-import the tags successfully. 😊

I'm glad to hear that the CSV import worked with the workaround! Unfortunately, hard-deleting tags isn’t possible at the moment. However, you’re very welcome to post this as a Product Idea in the Community — our development team regularly reviews those suggestions and may take another look at this topic.
