A trend was shared with me and I need to share it with others but I don't see the an option for this under the actions drop down on top right of screen. Any step by step guidance available?

Saving it to your files and sharing it is an option indeed.
Our latest release (2025.R4.0) introduces more permissions when sharing work items. If the item is shared with you with Manage permissions, you will be able to directly share it with others as well.
