Monitor Detection Not Sending Email

Hi Guys, Im looking for some help, I have set up my first monitor on a digital tag, the monitor is working and giving me notification within the monitor section but im not receiving a email. I have set up the email alert in the monitor, im looking for some advice on things to check to see if there’s a Trenminer setting stopping it working.
