Registering for Basic Training english is running into error for some days already.

We experience that we are not able to register for upcoming training events as an error occurs now for some days already. 

Anybody else experiencing this?

Were you able to sort this out with your IT team? If you haven’t found a solution yet, registering should work from a personal device outside of your company’s network. We can also look into sharing the recordings of the webinar with those people who are interested until the actual webinars are accessible again for you and your colleagues.

The link in the user guide seems to work fine for me at the moment. Maybe there was an issue before and the page is still cached for you? Could you try if you get the same error in an incognito window?

Are the other links on the page working for you or do they lead to a similar error?

If none of these links work, it could be that your company is blocking access to GoToWebinar, similar to the issue described here: https://community.logmein.com/discussions/gotowebinar-discussion/attendee-registration-error-please-come-back-later---were-having-an-issue-with-o/317318

I would advise to check with your IT team if firewall settings can be updated to allow this.

I cannot even open the link you sent. Filed an IT ticket on this.
