Hi
If you can’t sign in to TrendMiner, your company’s TrendMiner admin should be able to help you out by checking your user profile in ConfigHub. If you’ve been able to sign in before, it is possible your account got locked after entering an incorrect password a couple of times.
If you don’t know who your administrator is or they cannot figure it out, please reach out to support@trendminer.com with more details.
