TM_ tags for date&time: documentation?

I just found these tags in TM: TM_hour_UTC, etc.

Is there any documentation on these? This is a builtin set of tags, or a specific datasource?

And why do we have hour, but not minute? Because of the 1m index resolution this might not make sense?
