How do you streamline communications around TrendMiner in a large organization? At TrendLab 2021, Nina Mas Soler and Laurent Baseilhac discussed how they use a community strategy to make sure end-users can find and share all information they needed.

Some pointers:

  • Survey your end-users to discover how they use the platform and the value this brings
  • Create an internal community website, containing for example:
    • self-paced training videos
    • invitations to online trainings for new users
    • a live chat to internal TrendMiner experts
    • a tool to identify interesting use cases from across the whole organization
    • easy to find contact details of key users in all plants
