By using data driven insights, they were able to pinpoint opportunities for improvement, optimize monitoring, and engage with process stakeholders for effective follow-up and validation of solutions.Additionally, they highlight the initial use of MLHub and outline plans to leverage machine learning algorithms further in the future.
