Sitech faced reduced production speed and quality issues when switching from product A to B. Using TrendMiner, they quickly identified off-spec periods, calculated the feed/production speed ratio, and analyzed the ideal operating curve with xy diagrams. New conditions were set based on this analysis, avoiding €0.5M in quality losses, decreased downtime because of good preparation.
