• The successful implementation and continuous value from TrendMiner is tied to a strong project manager and change management practices guided by one of our Customer Success Managers (CSMs). ​

• To ensure success, CSMs partner with three key roles: Sponsor, Project Manager, and Team Lead(s).​

• The Sponsor sets the project's direction, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and providing clear priorities tied to business initiatives.​

• The Project Manager drives the project forward, navigating its planning and execution while adhering to time, cost, and scope constraints.​

• The Team Lead(s) focus on the human aspect of change, facilitating engagement and adoption of our TrendMiner platform.​
