Walking up to a pump, a reactor or a filler line and having its live dashboard on your phone in seconds is now easy. TrendMiner can generate a QR code for any dashboard. Stick it on the equipment, scan it with your phone, and the dashboard opens in mobile mode.Step 1: Create the QR codeOpen the dashboard in DashHub. Click Actions in the top right and choose Share.Dashboard actions menu with Share highlighted In the Share window, click the QR code icon in the bottom left corner.Share window with the “Create QR code” icon Your QR code appears. Click Download to save it as an image you can print, laminate or add to a label.Generated QR code with Download button Before you print, check two things. First, make sure the people who will scan the code have access to the dashboard. You can invite them from the same Share window. Second, set a sensible default time frame on the dashboard, because that is what opens when someone scans it.Step 2: Scan it in the fieldOpen TrendMiner in your phone’s

I created an asset framework structure which I uploaded and got the feedback that it was done successfully. I smaller test framework was working properly, so I assumed it working also for the bigger one.Is there some synchonisation  time needed or can there be an issue with the asset structure although giving the positive upload feedback?

Hello everyone,I'm trying to use more than 10 conditions in a single Value-Based Search, but TrendMiner seems to limit searches to 10 conditions.Does anyone know if this limit can be increased through a configuration setting, API endpoint, or server-side option?Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Is any one rebooting their trendminer system to prevent e.g. slower performance? If YES what is the frequency>

Hi All,I am building dashboard in DashHub and I have a question about Gauge and Current value tiles. When I change the dashboard global time frame (for example CUSTOM 1 Oct 2026 00:00 – 2 Oct 2026 00:00, or YESTERDAY), the TrendHub view tiles follow the selected period, but the Gauge and Current value tiles keep showing the latest value (the timestamp on the tile stays at the current time). My questions : Is there a setting to make Gauge and Current value tiles follow the dashboard global time frame (e.g. show the value at the end of the selected period, or an aggregate over it)?If it cannt, what is the recommended workaround in the meantime to show a value for a selected day in a single-value tile? Thanks,

I am trying to run some in-house training sessions for colleagues that are new to using Trendminer. In our site, our index horizon is set to 1 year, which means that all of the data for the inbuilt training tags (the “TM5” tags, for example TM5-BP2-CONC.1) that are used in the Trendminer training videos is before our time horizon, and is therefore inaccessible for end users. If we change the general index horizon we would have to reindex every tag, and it would impact our tag resolution/load times. Equally, if I create new bespoke training using our own data, the index horizon will gradually creep forward and new training would have to be updated every year to remain up-to-date with accessible data for people to practice with. Is there a way to have a different index horizon created for the specific training tags to ensure that the data remains accessible? Is there a way to adjust the date information for the data in the training tags to bring it forward into our time horizon?Any advice

Hello TrendMiner Support Team,We would like to request guidance regarding trend interpolation/display options for analog tags.Environment- TrendMiner Version: 2026.R1.0-11- Data Source: AVEVA Historian- Tag Name: DMO_SIC1850.Speed- Tag Type: AnalogDescriptionThe tag DMO_SIC1850.Speed is an actual machine speed feedback signal coming from the inverter through PLC and stored in AVEVA Historian. When viewed in TrendMiner, the signal is displayed using linear interpolation, resulting in a triangular trend pattern between recorded values. However, when the same tag is viewed in AVEVA Historian Trend Client, we are able to configure the display style as "Stair Step", which more accurately represents the process behavior.Questions1. Does TrendMiner support Stair Step visualization for analog tags?2. Is there any display setting available in TrendHub to switch from Linear interpolation to Stair Step interpolation?3. If this is not available in TrendHub, what is the recommended workaround?4. Can

Hi,I am working in TrendMiner Machine Learning Hub (MLHub) and need to save/download files generated by a Python notebook, such as Parquet or ZIP files.I found that files created under /home/jovyan do not persist after a kernel restart. I also tried downloading a generated ZIP file through an IPython FileLink, but this did not work.Small files can be downloaded from notebook output using a base64 data URI, but a 10 MB generated file does not render the download link. What is the supported way to download larger Python-generated files (such as Parquet/ZIP files) from MLHub, or persist them outside the ephemeral /home/jovyan filesystem? What is the supported method for either:downloading notebook-generated files to my local computer, or storing them in a persistent MLHub location that survives kernel restarts?Thank you.

We run a batch process, in which each step has a numerical and text value. I have been able to plot with the Y-axis having the full description of the Step Description, like in the picture below. But recently, I can only see part of the name, not the full name. Do you know how to change back to full name?
